PROJECT NAME: “Increasing the competitiveness of iC ARTPROJEKT by implementing new ICT solutions”

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The purpose of the project is to improve the overall business through the improvement of the following business processes: human resources management, finance and accounting, marketing, sales and the design process by installing software ICT solutions and hardware ICT equipment. The improvement of business processes will ultimately increase the competitiveness of iC ARTPROJEKT.

OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE PROJECT: The implementation of the Project will enable the company to achieve 3 specific goals: increasing competitiveness through quality management of business processes, increasing business efficiency through the implementation of modern ICT solutions, and increasing employee productivity through more efficient work organization. The result of the project is the implementation of new ICT solutions in the business process.

TOTAL PROJECT VALUE (in HRK): HRK 399,452.50

AMOUNT SUBFINANCED BY EU: HRK 194,919.68

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD: March 4, 2019 – September 4, 2020.
